Attending One India at LPU was an unforgettable experience for me. Among all the vibrant stalls and performances, Karnataka’s representation truly caught my attention—and left a deep impression on my heart. What stood out first was the graceful presence of Krishna Deva Raya—the powerful king of the Vijayanagara Empire. Seeing his image reminded me that true leadership isn’t just about winning battles, but also about supporting art, literature, and culture. His rule helped Karnataka grow in every way, and that still reflects in the pride people feel today. Then there was the presence of a rishi, symbolizing Karnataka’s spiritual wisdom. It made me think about how culture is not just about the outer beauty, but also about inner peace, values, and knowledge passed through generations. Hey everyone! I wanted to share my experience from one of the most beautiful and colorful events I’ve ever attended – One India One World at Lovely Professional University (LPU). Honestly, it was more than just an event – it felt like a celebration of unity, culture, and diversity all in one place. As I walked through the campus that day, I couldn’t help but smile. Every corner was filled with music, dance, traditional dresses, and the aroma of different cuisines. It felt like the entire world had come together, right here at LPU. Each state of India had its own stall, and the students representing them had gone all out. From Punjab’s energetic bhangra to Kerala’s graceful classical dance – every performance was so full of life. It made me realize how rich and beautiful our culture is, and how each state adds its own unique flavor to India.
